Software Whitelist Submission

Please, who can help me?I sent the files for added to the white list 5 days ago.I received a letter with the number of the request [No Reply] Software Whitelist Submission (4107436). But there is still no response about adding files to the white sheet.There is no answer either to the letter of support or to the opened case.

These are very important files for the customer. But I can not add them to local exceptions without checking in the Symantec.
