Allow Read but Block Write to DVD or USB With Symantec Endpoint Protection

Hi, 

Can any one guide me how to create a response rule or policy for Symantec Data Loss Prevention in which I can Allow Read from DVD/CD or USB but block Write to these media to prevent data loss vwth Symantec Endpoint Protection
