SEP 14 Application Exception could not ignore "Heur.AdvML.A" False Positives

In customer environment ,trusted specific application blocking by Advanced ML module of SEP 14 . After adding exception from Monitors>Logs>Allow Application nothing was changed still bolcking and threating it as a threat. So anyy other way to block an app or any other solution ?? Thanks in advance for help .
