14.0 MP1: Not honoring restart options?

Hi,

I just upgraded from 12.1 MP6 to 14.0 MP1, but my GUP's just restarted on their own. This is offcourse no problem for those servers, but this we can't have in the rest of our production environment.

At group level it is set at 'no restart', am I missing a new setting somewhere?
