SEPM scans of select folders

Hello,

Is it possible to schedule Administrator-Defined Scans that only scan a select few directories?

I already know you can scan individual files and folders using the SEP client on the machine themselves, and you can make exceptions to disclude certain directories. But is it possible to make small scans like what I'm discussing via the manager, as opposed to being forced to do them directly on the machine for multiple machines?
