AV Unable to Scan Location in SEP Client

Hi All,

Greetings

During the real time scanning Detects when the AV Software is unable to scan a file or directory and showing the erorr as "AV Unable to Scan Location"

This error I am able to see for majority of zip files.

the path is : C:\Users\0123456\Desktop\PLANABCD II QWEW\Custo\2015\01_gaman_hoster_templas\01_Marco.zip 

User is having administor rights on this host.

Could someone help me in troubele shooting this error. When i check the logs from the host, no infections found.
