SEP Exception Policy to apply to any/all user profile folders

I have files that are downloaded at logon to C:\users\USERNAME\AppData\Citrix\SelfService ...   they are being detected & deleted (false positives).

I've created a folder exception for %[USER_PROFILE]%\AppData\Citrix\SelfService... but it seems to only apply to the currently logged on user. So it allows the infected (false positive) file to be copied & reside in that path under my own profile folder, but detects & deletes it if copied to the same path in another user's profile folder.

I need an exception that applies to each & every user's profile folders, not just the active user when the scan happens.

Any way to make an exception apply to a path under each/any/all user profile folders? Like this path....  C:\Users\%\AppData\Roaming\Citrix
