Exception needed for an .exe file in SEPM

Hi,

We have SEPM 12.1.6 MP5 running in our environment with SEP 12.1.7 clients. Some of the clients need webnetworkslingshot.exe for their work. SEP is categorizing it as Security Risk and quaranting it. Most probably Download Insight is doing that. I have attached the screenshot for reference. Can anyone kindly guide me how i can create an exception for this file in SEPM? Is creating an exception the best way to go with this?
