Prevent Ransomware Policy

Hi all, 

Can anyone help about this, I want create a policy to prevent Ransonware, so I'd like to create a policy to prevent it. 

The idea is a policy that block access for .doc .docx files for any different application, only winword.exe has access.

And the same for .xls, .xlsx, etc.
