Generic Load Point

Hi everybody,

I have a SEP 12.1.5 under windows 7 which detect daily a "Generic Load Point"

In the report, the file name is unavailable and the path of the file is unavailable too.

The report say that the file was repaired but the message comme back every day.

So the user have 1 or 2 time by day a window of SEP with this message, so he close the window but I don't understand the origin.

A complete scan of the disk with SEP and malwarebyte after the detection but the software find nothing....

Do you have an idea ?
