I have SEP 12.1 and FireAmp 4.1 in my system. I updated SEP last June 1, 2016.
Suddenly last June 13 SEP quarantined (4 instance) of *.tmpscan pointing to FireAmp's tmp folder.
From June 14 up to today (June 15) SEP is still continuously scanning .tmpscan files tagging them as Trojan.Gen2 and
then quarantine them.
I did the following:
1. update SEP virus definition to June 14.
2. perform an SEP fullscan (no infection or risk found)
3. uninstall FireAmp and delete the whole FireAmp folder path.
4. restarted the machine and perform another fullscan (still running as of this writing and still no risk found)
Still, despite all these, SEP is continuously detecting these rick although the path is no longer existing.
Anybody who might be able to help?
Thank you in advance
