"Old Virus Definitions"- Report doesn´t match with Client Definitions

Hello Guys,

after searching a whole week I´m out of ideas...

We get a old virus definitions report every 12h and since a couple of days it is full of clients ( ~ 95%) of our clients.

The report tells me that the virus definitions are outdated (older than 7 days) but when I´m checking a client it says that the definitons are up-to-date (with the current date and version).

I think SEPM has some problems to get the correct definition-information from the clients.

The client-server communication works perfect ( I followed http://www.symantec.com/tv/allvideos/details.jsp?v... and part 2 to do the first step of troubleshooting -> everything works)

Maybe you guys can help me solving this.
