Need steps for scheduling an incremental virus scan on client machines.

Hi,

We use Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.x in our organization. I'm required to setup a scheduled virus scan on the server such that the scan happens on all the client machines on a particular day and time. Can I schedule an incremental anti virus scan for all client systems from the server? If so, can someone please share the steps for the same.
