No connection to the LiveUpdate Server

I need a solution

Hello,

some of our Clients have the Problem, that they sometimes can't connect to the LiveUpdate Server from Symantec.

The default setting is: "I want to use the proxy server specified by my client browser"

If I set our proxy manually it works.

The Problem is that it should work with the default option, because the clients aren't alway in the lokal network and proxy in the internet options is deactivated.

Can anyone help?
