I need a solution
Hi,
Started having a problem after upgrading to SEPS version

End users and myself are having problems deleting emails from Outlook, sometimes it is a legitimate email (scans from a network MFP) but now we have started to see emails with zipped viruses attached are not able to be deleted.
A dialogue box stating 'Unknown Error' is shown.
This only happens for some emails, I think it's related to the Endpoint Protection, anybody else seen this and/or have a fix?
