Create An Email Alert Using A Custom EmailTemplate?

I am attempting to create a custom email alert from SEP that will trigger every time a new risk is detected. I need to have the email pre-filled with information, so that it will create a ticket with a specific set of criteria using our Dell Kace ticketing system.

So I'd like to have a pre-filled out email template that SEP will include the virus information and send to a specific email address that will generate a ticket. Is this possible within SEP? I'm using SEPM version 12.1.5 build 5337 (12.1.5337.5000)
