Github Desktop is marked and force quarantined as a virus by today's definition update

My problem is exactly as the title says.
Creating an exception for Github.exe in the Virus and Spyware auto-protection does not seem to influence this behaviour.
This makes my work impossible to execute, without me completely disabling Symantec Endpoint Protection.

Needless to say, I hope this gets resolved very soon.
