How to stop a Scheduled Active Scan? SEP 12.1.6 MP3 client

I need a solution

Hi!

I have 2, more or less, identical Windows 2012 R2 servers, protected by SEP 12.1.6 MP3.

They are sharing the same policy, which starts an scheduled active scan at 04:00 AM.

(They run  "Full Scan" during wekend..)

This morning I checked the logs on the client and found that one of them had started at 04:00:02 and finished at 04:03:05.

The other started at 04:00:01 and is still "scanning"..  (I would expect the Active scan to only take some minutes.)

When I look in SEPM - Monitors - Log - Computer status - Past week - I don't see any entry for any of the 2 servers at all..

I have run the command "smc -stop", and it doesn't give any issues, but nothing (at all) happens - the shield is still there, and the scanning doesn't seem to hurt at all.

I can add that both these two servers are running Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange (SMSMSE).
