How to update DAT files by using *.jdb

Dear Symantec Support,

I have a Symantec Endpoint Protection Version 12.1.4013.4013.

For anti virus definition files update I only can by using automatic update only, but I also want to do it in manual update by using *.jdb files, when I check in the directory of the Symantec Endpoint Protection, I only see this path:

c:\ProgramFiles\Syamantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\12.1.4013.4013.`05\ and under this path have the following directory BIN, Config, Res, Script, SmcLu, Temp.

Because when check in web I should install in ...\Syamantec Endpoint Protection Manager\netpub\content\ by pasting the *.jdb file hers.
