Alert when latest definition is behind Symantec in SEPM

Hi,

We just had an issue where nobody was watching and our primary SEPM server got stuck on a definition for a couple weeks.

I require to setup an alert via email that gets sent if and when the "Latest on Manager" windows definitions fall behind of the "Latest from Symantec" by more than a day or two.

I have been struggling to configure such a monitor/alert or find out how from these forums. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
