SEP agent to redirect host traffic to external proxy on the cloud

Hi everyone. Our company is implementing McAfee Saas Web Protection on clients where SEP is installed as the protection agent. In order to try to avoid McAfee Agent to be installed together with SEP agent, we need that SEP agent emulates the functionality of McAfee Agent in relation to traffic redirection. What we need is SEP agent to:
- Set a proxy configuration, hostname and port in the Internet Settings (ideally this should be be visible and modifiable by user, even with local admin permissions)
- Enter static proxy username and password (same for all clients)
SEP location-dependent external communication settings allows to set up a proxy for external communications (server + port + credentials), but we need to know if this will only redirects SEP-generated traffic (submissions, Insight lookups, ..) or all host traffic. We need all host traffic to be redirected and our initial tests suggest that it is not happening. If with this external comm setting it is not possible, is there any other alternative? Thanks.
