Configure heartbeat interval to run at 2am daily

Hi 

I am having problems configuring my heartbeat interval to run at 2am only. I have created an separate AV group for the servers this needs to apply to. So far I have done the following but the policy runs at 2pm instead of 2am.

1. The policy schedule settings have been set to 2am daily.

2. The policy inheritance is turned off.

3. The policy has been put into pull mode.

4. Changed the heartbeat interval to 24 hours (this was configured at 2pm)

So after applying these settings content SEPM tasks have been running at 2pm. I was under the assumption that the policy heartbeat interval would start at the scheduled time configured for 2am. Its there a way I can get this to run at 2am only.
