Reporting - Clients not appearing in reports

I need a solution

We're experiencing a lot of inconsistency with our reports.  I've been attempting to keep track of some clients that are behind on their antivirus definitions.  I've been using the "Symantec Endpoint Protection Weekly Status" report for this.   I ran the report this morning to compare against the one I was working off of yesterday, and noticed that there were a handful of clients that were no longer on the report.  They aren't just listed in a different area - I've checked each section of the report and they simply don't appear anywhere.

I ran the report again on just one group.  Out of 38 clients, 7 of them are simply not listed on the report.  They don't appear in any of the drop down sections for antivirus definition age.  They don't appear near the top in the "computer status" section.  As far as the report is concerned, they seem to simply not exist.

Has anyone encountered anything like this before?
