802.1x authentication not using SNAC, SEP client prevent EAP traffic

SEP client 12.RU6 MP3 /12.RU4 MP1 (without SNAC) client is  blocking EAP traffic necessary for authentication in the network.

When disable SEP it is working properly but as soon as it is enabled all traffic regarding the authentication is blocked.

What setting is preventing this traffic?

Is there some settings I need to do to allow the traffic to the Radius server?

Setting a firewall policy that allow all IP traffic is not working either, disabling the FW policy shod work (not 100 confirmed that’s why “shod” since this is in another country that testing this).
