Scheduled reports turns up empty

We run several reports on a weekly/monthly basis

Within the report Risk action list monthly, the content remains empty.

The report we run are:

We have Symantec endpoint protection manager version 12.1 RU6 MP2

Looking at the date, it runs over 2 days which is strange because it should be done over a month. I've done it manual and also tried over one year but still the content remains empty.
