Best way to detect computers with unmanaged or no installation

Whats the best way for me to find computers which for some reason are not configured correctly and have unmanaged SEP or maybe no antivirus at all.

i seem to remember older versions of symantec manager that let you scan ip ranges and detected non configured clients.

is that possible with SEPM 12.1.6?
