I need a solution
Some of my users are getting a message from Windows notification center on their laptop that "Windows Firewall and Symantec Endpoint Protection are both turned off", however Symantec should not be turned off and each of our laptops are managed through Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager. The end users are running SEP version 12.1.6 build 6318. It seems that those getting the message saying Symantec is turned off have also not been getting our weekly antivirus scans. Please help us to resolve this.
