various network blocking issues

I need a solution

I will walk through the issue as I have been troubleshooting it.  System: 1 PC running 12.1.4013 SEP.  Ubiquiti WAP's.  Switch/Router.

Printer stopped printing wirelessly

Tried to ping printer wirelessly -> could not ping it

Tried to ping switch wirelessly -> could not ping it

Tried to ping the WAP's wirelessly -> could not ping them

Opened the Unifi (Ubiquiti) software -> did not appear to be populating correctly, WAP's were disconnected or adoption failure, showed no users although at least 3 devices were online at the time (1 PC, 2 mobile devices) etc. (this 1 PC is the controller for the WAP's whatever that means...)

Opened SEP, it was blocking my WAP's and the router (outgoing I believe)

Disabled SEP temporarily -> still could not print or ping anything

Went hardwired with the PC, Tried to ping printer, switch/router, and WAP's -> I could ping all of them successfully

Opened Unfi software -> seemed to work a little (or differently) things still not populating correctly (showing no users, and WAPS showing not adpoted - yet there were devices using the WAP's so they were working in some form or fashion).

Did a windows restore point to 1 week back -> caused SEP to quit working, had to uninstall and reinstall SEP to get it working, while SEP was uninstalled and no firewall present, could still not print or ping anything

Some where in there I started getting "svchost.exe" being blocked -> can't find anything about this in the log file(s), searched around on the forum and disabled IPv6 using the microsoft utility -> still getting "svchost.exe. being blocked.  Still can't ping anything, still can't print.

I went into the rules (I had added the printer previously when I set this network and WAP's up a month ago, so it would print), the printer was still there, I added in the WAP's and the switch/router as a stab in the dark.  Still can't ping or print.

All the while I am using the wireless to surf on the PC and other mobile devices.  I popped open my work PC which I use at home on occassion, and it could use the wireless network, but could not ping anything either (I have never set this work PC up to print, so didn't try that of course... but again it couldn't ping either).

Thoughts?  I need to get this fixed by week end if possible.  I've posted over in Ubiquiti's forum too, trying to go from both angles.... please help.
