The Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager database has gone down and needs immediate attention.

I am getting the message below,

I had upgraded the server with Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1.6_MP3_SEPM_EN from MP1, which was succesful. Attached is the three logfiles found in the DB folder. Appreciate if you can suggest a solution quickly
