SEP installation terminates with no errors

Hi,

I am trying to install SEP12RU6MP1a client on a server 2012. The installation terminates with no errors. I have ran cleanwipe on the server, restarted and tried re-installing again. Still it did not install. Looking at the SEP_Inst.log, i see the error below:
