SEPM with no internet access

Hi,

I would appreciate if any one help me with below scenario,

Total 10 system including 1nos of server. rest all client computer running windows 7 64bit operating system.

None of system having internet access all are in same network and workgroup.

we need solution wherein one antivirus server having management console from there we can manage and monitor all the client machine.

So please help me to know which solution would be suitable for this kind of scenario.

If SEPM is the solution than how to manage offline, I mean update defination for virus and spyware.
