GUP SERVER provide updates other location ( other location is not connected with each other)

I have an client in noida and he has 20 locations. but all location not connected with each other. Client wants to symanec endpoint clients update to noida location.For this : I have create a scenerio. First I have done Noida SEPM Server's local ip map to public ip and create a rule in firewall lan to wan and wan to lan allow for IP and port. Now Mumbai 's Gup server connected with Noida symantec endpoint management server. Client have 5 more locations where he has few clients like as 5 to 10 client in each location.He wants to all 5 location's client update taken to GUP Server (Mumbai). In this case what will happen....

IS that possible GUP Server provide to update on 5 location if yes
