Clients show disabled in the HOME menu SEPM. How do you re-able them?

Hello,

I was wondering if someone can help me with a problem that I'm having in SEPM.  I have 23 clients say that their diabled on the HOME menu, but in the CLIENT menu show online like everything is just fine.  So how to I fix the 23 clients that say they are diabled?
