SEP 12.1.6 "Maximum time that clients try to download updates from a Group Update Provider..." Not respecting 'Never' option

Hello everyone,

Issue:

The LiveUpdate Settings policy for one of my locations doesn't follow the option when I select Never:

Maximum time that clients try to download updates from a Group Update Provider before trying the default management server

I noticed it was not respecting the option when the location started to download from the SEPM server while the GUP was turned off. I believe with this setting set to Never that it shouldn't be contacting the SEPM server at all regardless of whether the client can make a connection to the GUP or not.

Any help is appreciated.
