I need a solution

Downloaded and installed SEPM on primary AV server and two replication servers (one onsite, one at remote site) with no problems yesterday.  Today installed SEP Server Client x64 on one server and had no issues.  Installed on PDC with no apparent problems.  Then installed on secondary DC, and on that reboot I started noticing issues.   Exchange started having problems then it escalated.  DNS errors (event ID: 404, 408, 407, 4011, and 1014), NETLOGON (event ID: 5774), Group Policy errors (event ID: 1030).  Checked online figuring all that changed was 12.1.5 to 12.1.6.  Found on link on TechNet to exclude SYSVOL and NTDS.  This kind of worked for the secondary DC, but PDC still had major issues, now including replication errors.  I uninstalled SEP 12.1.6MP3 Server client from PDC, and all is coming back to normal.  In the process of removing from secondary DC.

Is this a known issue with 12.1.6MP3?  I have 19 other DC’s out there that act as GUP’s for their respective remote offices that need to be upgraded from 12.1.5.  I CAN NOT upgrade these DC’s until this is resolved, and it is problematic to bring the SEPM Servers beck to 12.1.5 as the database upgrade performed by 12.1.6MP3.

Any ideas?
