Can I quaratine a detected file

Hi Chaps, We are getting quite a few new Dridex infected .xls attachments through email from no-reply@clicktravel.com with an attached spreadsheet "Hotel-Fax-V0045G2B_8308427510989318361.xls", if run it downloads an exe called 6t45eyv but SEP is not detecting it. I have blocked the exe from running using ADC but i also want it be quarantined if detected as well. Is this also possible to do?

Virus Total shows only 6 detections for this piece of malware with only McAfee of the big security companies detecting it.
