SEPM 12.1.4a java console very slow to start

Hi,

After the migration from SEPM 12.1.2 to 12.1.4a, the java console is very slow to start (about 1 Min). This problem is the same on Old XP Sp3, 2003-SP2 or seven OS.

The java link, dowloads the application from the server, then it try to verify it. This verification step is so long.

My server certificate is selfsigned, so it canot be verified. Is this certificate can be the problem ? Do you know a way to get this console starting more acceptable ?
