Virus and Spyware Definition not updating while the rest of content is updating ?

Hi People,

I'm having some strange issue here with the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager v 12.1.3, the Liveupdate went successfully downloading the rest of the component but not the Virus and Spyware definitions ?

is there any reason why ?
