symantech endpoint protection sbe , rein-stallion is possible in server

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am configured Symnatech endpoint protection sbe Manager and clients in MS-Server 2003. now iam upgrading server 2003 to 2008(replace server & Domain), so i"ll unistall antivirus in server 2003 and again reconfigured(manager and clients) to server 2008 R2 operating system. 

any licence issues occure r not.
