Remote user can get updated with sepm and internet both

Team,

My company have two location and using SEP 12.1, there are 435 user's in SEPM. 405 user's are in domain and 30 user's are remote user's and they are using TATA Photan for network.

Now management want to apply location awareness policy for remote user, can you guys provide me step by step guide.
