We are running SEP 12.1 with a SEPM runinng 12.1.
We are having issues with Download Insight blocking our downloads from servers we having running our custom software.
The issue is this the url can come from any PC running our software, when a user logs on they are prompted to download the client software from here....
http://servername.or.ip.address:8080/client/Install/Win/setup.exe I would like to put an exception in for any server by using a wildcard because we never know the IP address or host name, we could have 100's of these running at any time. So I would like to setup an exception http://*:8080/client/Install/Win/Setup.exe is this possible?
The Setup.exe file is over a 100M and will change as new client software is developed so submitting the file to Symantec would only work for a short period of time. There are also other files that are downloaded and these are blocked also but if one could be fixed they all could be fixed.
