Dear Friends,
I am having an issue with one Desktop in my Company. It is showing Virus and Spyware Protection is out of date.
We are using symantec endpoint protection 12.1.4013.4013 latest version SEPM.
In our company only one computer is not in domain and it is 64 bit windows 7 OS and all the rest of the PC's are in domain with 32 bit OS. After installing successfully in client machine all the updates are taken it is showing latest dates of all the protection. but In the status it is showing Virus and Spyware Protection is out of date and in system tray symantec is not showing the green dot. It is showing orange dot in symantec icon.
I had reinstalled the symantec client 64 bit software and again I had checked but it is showing the same error.
Can any one help me on this issue.
