Our customer runs a SEP 12.1.4 environment with a very few additional 11 clients. The unprotected computer count in the SEP Manager console at Security Response displays some computers, but the report behind it is empty. We know that it is not a realtime indicator, but the count doesn't change after 12 or 24 hours. (Regardless which setting is taken in the preferences) The report is still empty though.
We already checked some knowledgebase articles like http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH139552 and http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH157463 (because of the 11 clients). But we weren't able to resolve the problem.
Which report or data is exactly used to generate the computer count in the screenshot?
Any help of you guys would be appreciated. If you need some more information, let me know. Thanks!
PS: SEPM is updated to 12.1.4a already.
