Ireport.exe service causing low performance on computer

When Ireport.exe is running on Windows 7 with 0% of CPU and 2,336K of memory, I do not have any performance issue in my computer. However, sometimes on day the Ireport.exe is running with 25% of CPU and 170,000k of memory and this has been caused low performance in computer. We stop the service and after some hours, the service start again sometimes OK and sometimes with high CPU and memory. I would like to know how to fix this problem regarding to Ireport.exe. I understand it is important in my computer without cause any performance impact.
