Need to combine two SEP Managers + licenses

Hello,

Looking for some guidance in combining two SEP managers.  We currently have two managers, one with 28 licenses and another with 45 licenses.  They were at separate sites, but now need to be combined.  The plan is to wipe out the manager with 28 licenses and add all of the clients to the 45 license manager.

Please advise the best way to go about this.
