Enabling SEP to a remote machine using SCCM Client Center

All,

I am looking for a way to enable SEP on a remote computer using SCCM Client Center or SCCM Configuration Manager. We have several machines that have SEP installed, it's just not enabled. If possible, I would like to be able to perform this through SCCM, simply because it will cause no interruption to our users and eliminate any down time for them. I am able to find the machines through SCCM, so they are Active and I am able to offer Remote Assistance through SCCM. Would you mind assisting me in getting this accomplished?
