Repair Duplicate IDs on cloned SEP 11 machines

I read this great artical on how to repair duplicate IDs on cloned SEP 12 machines, along with the RepairClonedImage tool you rename setup.exe,

But what about SEP 11 clients?

When we used the RepairClonedImage tool (renamed setup.exe) on a SEP 11 client we get error

Where is the RepairCloneImage tool we can use for SEP 11 clients?

NOTE: It is not feasible to upgrade these production servers to SEP 12 at this time.
