PostgreSQL Error during system start

Hello all!

I am a beginner with Symantec and actually Windows Server. It happens that I an asked to take care about s win2008 R2 server with is hosting SEP12 and the LiveUpdate Administrator 2.3.1.82.

Every time the maschin is booting, I have 2 PostgreSQL error in Event Application Log. Everything is running fine and its not an urgent problem, but I would love to have a clean and green startup.

All errors are with EventID 0

The first error occuring says "ERROR: Canceling statement due to user request"

and the subsequent says "FATAL: terminating connection due to administrator command"

Can anybody help me troubleshooting that?
