Duplicate Computer Accounts after moving Domains

I recently moved a few computer accounts from a child domain to the root domain as we are looking to start a domin consolidation project shortly.  I've noticed that only a few of the computers in the root domain are showing in the SEPM as active.  The rest are showing as active in the child domain.  I ran a quick search for my computer account and found two records, the inactive one in the root and the active one in the child.

I ran the SylinkDrop tool on my machine with a sylink.xml file that is from a computer showing active on the root domain, but my machine did not change.

Anyone ran across this before or have any suggestions?
