would the data directory of Symantec endpoint protection change?

Hi everyone, I would like to ask about would the data directory of SEP 12.1.2015.2015 change by running LiveUpdate?

I find that the data directory now is C:\Programdata\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\12.1.2015.2015.105.

Would it be changed by liveupdate?
